Does your baby feed before or after sleeping/naps?

Jake's daily pattern is to sleep until it is time for a bottle, so we start the day with:

bottle
digestion/chill/cuddle
diaper change
activity
cuddle
sleep

and this pattern of up for two down for two repeats itself all day. So at night (late evening) he is always waking from a nap to take his bedtime bottle (around 10ish).

This is working for us, but I feel like he never has the sleep/dream bottles. He has never fallen into a sleep comba where I can feed him and put him down for the night. I feel like everyone's elsle's routine is opposite of this. Please share yours.

Other than at bedtime she always ate after she woke up from her naps.
