Naps and Sleeping...
Do you find if your DC naps during the day they sleep better at night or the opposite, no naps and doesn't sleep through the night or other (explain)...
DD rarely naps and if she does it's cat naps and usually in the car seat when we are in the car, in my arms or sling. Night we get maybe 4 hours then wakes to eat then another maybe 2 -4 hours...

I learned the hard way that DD sleeps better at night when she is well rested during the day.
I really don't have any advice -

DD is the same, cat naps during the day, but she sleeps 10 - 11 hours at night.
