I could really use some prayers and good wishes YET AGAIN
so we have just got back from the ped for the 3rd time this week .....
it seems like DD has managed to get that awful respitory virus again
i am so scared and just have a pit in my stomach ....
her breathing has been getting worse and now has a cough that is just stomach churning .... we were prescribed a nebulizer on monday by ped with some steroids to use in it
well she has not been able to stop coughing and has only eaten 6 oz since 4 am this morning
her breathing is now a worry so she has been prescribed a heavy duty oral steriod today and we have to go back tomorrow ....unless things worson tonight and then guess where we will be
the hospital has been put on alert that this may be happening as well as PICU...........
i cant believe that this is again happening to my poor little girl ....on top of all this she has an ear infection

oh no! feel better sweetie...... hopefully the nebulizer should help open her up.. any improvement since u started to use it? i hope u dont have to go to PICU but..... don't freak if u do, they will help her feel better in no time. i had to go to hosp when i was little for asthma (from a cough) and i remember getting shots that open up lungs immediately....... in my prayers!

thank you the neb hasnt helped we have had to use it 3 times in the last 12 hrs thats why we are trying the oral ones
we were just in the PICU 1 month ago for the same virus
the ped said today that it scared her lungs (not permanently) from that time so because she got sick again so soon ( from DS ) that it went straight to her chest ...
