Thanks ladies. I am not sure what the reason is....does this sound strange....I just don't want to talk directly to anyone about it. I told DH to tell his fam (who we told this weekend) that I don't want to talk about it, I don't want to hear "I'm sorry", I just want to act like it never happened. None of it. I am so sorry for your loss- I have been through it a few times and I just wanted to let you know that yes, what you are feeling is normal. I think you kind of go through an accelerated grief process, and the first stage is denial. Not saying you are denying your loss, but just that not being able to "feel" it or wanting to talk about it is normal in the beginning. However, don't be surprised if it does start to hit you in a few days or weeks and you find yourself unable to hold it in. That is normal, too. Many hugs for you.
