I am having a really fat/ugly day
I know that  is worth every bit of fat and ugliness that can be thrown at me, but I am just having a really down day 
I feel like I'm gaining weight exponentially, am swollen and puffy, and had to buy bigger/longer shirts.
I had an emotional breakdown in the shower about a week ago.

 I am sure you look adorable!
I also don't doubt that you're glowing too, you must be so excited that a little coming soon! I know how you feel though. I felt so gross this morning, I wanted to come to work in sweat pants!

I've felt this way every single day for the past few months. I want to cry every morning in the shower. But I just remind myself that its for . Eventually we'll get back to normal.

I've had a few of those days too! Hang in there and remember we are always our own worst critics. I'm sure you look terrific even if you don't feel that way
