Irregularity gone bezerk ... tmi

Hi ladies. I am a low-key poster. I read a lot but post infrequently. But, I have to ask if anyone has experienced this even though it may be tmi.

I have always been irregular w/ AF. Since really as early as I can remember. And, during times of extreme stress, I can skip altogether, but this usually happens only once a year if that much and most years I don't skip at all.

The problem is that over the past few months, I've skipped almost every other period. And, DH and I are starting to think about another child so this is really freaking me out. At first I thought it was just stress from work but then it happened again and I'm not under that much stress anymore.

Anyone experience this? I've made an appt just trying to get some preliminary info. But of course, I'm worried that it will affect me when we seriously start TTC # 2. Child # 1 was a blessed unplanned for event so I didn't have any of these concerns.

I have been very irregular also. I made an appointment and spoke with my dr. She ran blook work and sent me for sono's just to make sure that nothing else is going on. I have to repeat the sono's again in another cycle due to some things that they saw. I would check with you OB first, but if you where always irregular and had your first child , then I would hope that #2 would be just a easy
