Non-ttc related.... Any GREAT romantic ideas for DH's birthday?

I was planning to surprise DH with a limo and tickets to something in the city, and dinner reservations.

But............ I just found out a limo, for the amount of time I would need it .... would cost around $700!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Any ideas? I really want to surprise him with something special! He already has his gift, and he thinks all that's left is a dinner celebration
