Prevacid and aspartame....
For those whose DC is on Prevacid...does it bother you that there is aspartame in it?
I don't eat anything with aspartame in it and I don't let my 3 year old either.
DS is on zantac and the Dr. wants me to switch to Prevacid. I was about to give it to him this morning but noticed the aspartame....
Is Prevacid that much better than zantac that I should just use it anyway

My DS is on Prevacid - I had no choice. He was truly suffering and the Zantac and Pepcid did NOTHING. IT really really works. I believe the Zantac has alcohol in it. I hate having my infant on ANY medication but he couldn't eat without it.
