ok another dumb question from me

So, My question is... how soon can you test after you BD? Or before you get AF? Do you really need to wait till AF is supposed to be here before you can test?

the earlier BEFORE AF's arrival you test - the less accurate the test is.

If you read the FINE print on the boxes of HPT's - it tells you that you can test up to 5 days before your missed period - but the percentage is much lower.

You should REALLY try to hold out until 13DPO (days past ovulation).
