BTDT Moms... A question
So, my child seems to be quiet most of the day and then goes absolutely nuts EVERY night at around 8 pm through the night... Is this a sign of things to come, will my child be a night owl and not let me sleep

The same thing happens to me! Every mom I've spoken to says that's the norm b/c you're laying there relaxed and you're noticing the movement more. When I'm busy running errands or s/t I don't notice him moving much but the minute I sit down and put my feet up or get into bed it feels like he's having a party!

This is true. Newborns have no schedule and no sense of time so it doesn't really mean too much. Your baby will sleep when he or she is tired...no matter what time it is. Don't worry!!

Re: BTDT Moms... A question
My doctor told me this and then I actually just read about this today in one of my weekly update emails. It said that when we are moving around, the baby is actually being rocked to sleep in the amniotic fluid. Its when we are still (laying down, relaxing, going to sleep) that the baby is up!! Totally normal!
