for breakfast I poor a cup of brown sugar Life cereal with a healthier cereal (like Kashi or some whole wheat cereal) and add blueberries. Usually snack on it in the morning dry.

Later I'll have an apple
maybe a fruit salad.
I put cheese on brown rice cakes I got at Trader Joes.
Stoneybrook f/f yogurt w/ fruit on the bottom
low sugar brown sugar oatmeal
banana

These are usually things I bring into work to snack on. I can't eat large lunches or anything b/c I get tired or too full so I have these small snacks throughout the day. maybe more if I'm more hungry or less if I'm not feeling 100%.

Now that I've given up my morning bagel from Zarro's routine Chat Icon
I eat oatmeal or yogurt for breakfast.

I really don't snack much throughout the day now that I have my appetite back and can eat a fairly normal sized meal - but if I DO, I eat fruit, dried fruit, natural applesauce .......Once in awhile I'll splurge on Edy's slow chrurned yogurt blends .........YUM !!

I am in LOVE with Carnation Instant Breakfast. There's a LOT of protein in it and a bunch of other stuff...it's sooooo good!

I like to take 1/2 cup of rolled oats (not instant) with 1 cup water add an apple (peeled and chopped) a little cinnamon and brown sugar then microwave for 3 minutes - it's tasty!

another thing (I'll make this on the weekend and have it all week)
2 cups rolled oats
2 cups skim milk
32oz nonfat vanilla yogurt
1 bag of frozen mixed berries (no sugar added)

mix it all together, let it combine overnight in the fridge before eating.

I keep a bag of mixed nuts on hand, lots of proteins, fatty acids and oils.

Trader Joes also makes pre-packaged little bags of almonds and caschews which are great for your purse.

Apples with peanut butter
Apple with cheddar cheese

Banana rolled in honey wheat germ has a nice crunch!

laughing cow cheese and triscuits

I like: Pineapple cottage cheese, a few packets of instant oatmeal, yogurt with berries & granola, Spirutein shake, spelt toast smeared with avocado, banana sandwich in toast.

A quick, yummy lowfat snack...

Reduced fat Wheat Thins (about 8 - 10 of them)
and
Laughing cow cheese...they have light ones - I love the french onion

Just spread one of the wedges on the crackers - it satisfied my hunger and wasn't fattening.

Breakfast- varies...bagel, frosted flakes, honey nut cherios with banana, granola bar?
Snacks- depends on where i am and what time of day- fruit, granola bar- air popped popcorn, sometimes cheezedoodles, or cheese and crackers- small bowl of cereal?

I usually have oatmeal made with milk, sprinkled with walnuts or almonds and raissins.

For snacks: hard bolied egg, hummus with veggies, 1/2 turkey sandwich with tomatoes...

Yogurt
real oatmeal (meaning not instant) with blueberries/strawberries/bananas, etc.
fresh fruit salad
healthy cereal

I try to stay away from too processed food for breakfast, i find it's a better way to start my day.

For breakfast I eat a bowl of cereal with skim milk and I slice up a banana in it. Cheerios or Special K. I used to eat yogurt for breakfast but i started to make me Chat Icon
Snacks are usually fruit, fat free pretzels, fat free pudding cup. But mostly fruit.

i don't eat eggs but i hear eggs ( mostly egg whites) are a great source of protein..
otherwise, i do a bowl of kashi cereal, or a bowl of oatmeal

for a snack, i do any of one of the following: yogurt, babybell cheese- the light one, raw almonds, an apple, a banana
