When did you submit your paperwork
to be admitted into the hospital?
I got my paperwork in July, but just filling it out now. I am due 2/2/09.

I haven't gotten any paperwork yet and am due at Christmas Time  guess I'll ask the Dr. about this when I go on Friday.

Check with your hospital you may be able to do it all over the phone. I registered with my hospital right over the phone. Took about 5 minutes. I registered a month before I was due

I submitted my paperwork when I reached 20 weeks as advised by my doctor. I asked my doctor about the paperwork for the hospital and they gave me the package and told me when to submit it. My tour and the paperwork are two separate events HTH
