Back from 40 Week Appt
I'm finally 80% effaced and 1cm dilated!
They hooked me up to a fetal monitor and everything seems ok with the baby. The doc scheduled me for an induction on Sunday night.
Then, they did a biophysical sonogram. The baby is measuring at 7 pounds 1 ounce (which is less than they originally thought). During the sono, the technician noticed that the baby's bladder was enlarged (or full). The doc wanted to monitor me and the baby to see if the baby's bladder would empty. In other words, we were waiting for her to pee 
After about 30 minutes, they did another sono and the baby's bladder went down a little, but not much. The doc sent me to go have breakfast and come back in an hour for another sono.
When we came back, her bladder was still full so the doc was considering inducing me today. After consulting with the other docs, they decided that since her kidneys and other organs looked great, that they could wait till Sunday to induce.
I'm a little nervous now with the enlarged bladder, but the doc said it was fine and  was probably just being stubborn and holding it. If she doesn't pee after she is born, then they will do a sono on the baby to see what's going on. But, this is pretty unlikely so he said not to worry.
So Sunday it is, unless she comes naturally before then.
Sorry for the long update! I'm just excited to finally have an end date in sight and I can't wait to meet my little girl.

sunday! ooh, that's so close
yep, I'm also only 1 cm dilated... and not very effaced... I suspect I'll either progress quickly, or Scone wants to stay longer....
right now, all seems well on my biophysical too... good fluid levels, good heartrate and activity levels... so there's no induction date yet.
