I have been cancelled on her once during my 39th week of pg. Dr. Dolisi cancelled on me one time too. As for waits, I have been to 3 or 4 different obgyns and I have always had to wait for a while. Here I feel that she is great so I am willing to wait for her. My prenatel care there was awesome! They do have so many NP and PA's that cover for them though who are all wonderful!
As for the c-section - Dr. Hanauer did my c-section two weeks ago so she definitely does them!

The only Dr in that practce that does not do them is LoPresti. Dolisi, Hanauer and their new associate (I can never remember her name but it begins with an M) all perform c-sections and other OB/GYN Surgeries.

So sorry this happened to you. I am 35 weeks and a few weeks ago she had to cancel due to 2 emergencies. Both DH and I were disappointed but we understood that emergencies take precedence. We saw the NP instead who was great.
I've been a little frustrated with the office staff but not enough to prevent me from going to her. She spent about 1/2 an hour with me last week and I appreciated her care and concern.
Good luck finding a new doctor!

That really stinks. I go to a solo practicioner and the 10 years I've been going to him, I've only been called once and had to reschedule an appt (I was not pregnant). HE is in Garden City and he is based out of Winthrop, FM if your still looking and you're interested.
