on the 1st day of your AF how much more do you weigh?
My friend told me she can be at least 3 lbs heavier the day before, on, and the day after her period starts. I had my 1st weigh in today @ WW and did not do as well as I had hoped but I also got my AF this morning, how much extra weight do you attribute to your AF? TIA

I usually average between 3 and 5 lbs heavier the day before and first day of AF.

I may be atypical but on my first day I weigh like 2 lbs LESS.
