I am DONE with RSNY
Today I had to go back to redo the blood that they lost.
When I spoke to them on Thursday they told me since it was their fault that I wouldn't need to pay another copay. Today the tried to charge me and there was nothing indicated on my chart otherwise. I told them I wasn't paying because THEY had lost my blood on Thursday.
When they called with the results I have no idea who called me and they were trying to rush me off the phone.

I am so sorry you are going through this...I think that if you are not feeling comfy with them, you need to change...There is so much monitoring & you have to be confident with your RE

I'm sorry they didnt work out for you. You need to feel comfortable with your RE as you will be see A LOT of them. I have had scattered issues with RSNY but overall my experience has been very positive.

I thought maybe last time was a fluke but today confirmed that this is not the place for me and now I am looking for another RE I just want to find a place and get my treatment started already

What office did you go to? I would have asked to speak withj there supervisor. They ave nurses who seem to care more than others.

Everyone has good and/or bad experiences at every office. Sometimes the personality of the patient and the office just don't mesh.
I, for one, have been very happy with RSNY. If you don't like them then by all means go somewhere else. You will have a LOT of appointments and need to like your doctor and their staff. Good luck.
