I need birthday party planning help
Ava has never had a birthday party with friends yet...for her 1st and 2nd birthday we just had a cake with family plus she really didn't have many friends anyway. Well she will be turning 3 on Sept 12 and I'd love to have a party for her this year especially since she will be going to school and will have a bunch of new friends....now here's my dilema....she only begins school a few days before her birthday so I'd have to push her party back a few weeks .....but when? How many weeks before they party do the invitations need to go home?

I've sent invites as close as 2 weeks away from the event and almost everyone was able to attend. My nephew is a September baby and his birthday parties are always a couple weeks after school starts, and my sister usually has a pretty good turn out.
