hard to breathe?
Im just relaxing on the couch watching tv and I started to realize that its hard to breathe. I feel like I cant take a deep breath and the baby is still moving a bunch. It wasnt that I ran around or anything, but I feel out of breath.. is this anything i should worry about??? Maybe its normal and Im overreacting?

My girlfriend is having the same problem. She was told it's hormonal and totally normal. I get out of breath a lot but when I'm doing stuff. I would ask my doctor just to be on the safe side though.

I experience this sometimes too. I think its just the baby's position

Re: hard to breathe?
It's pretty normal b/c the baby/uterus is expanding upward. When the baby starts to drop before labor, it's supposed to get easier to breathe.
Can you tell I went to lamaze class recently?
