EBF moms who have used fenugreek and Mother's Milk tea Edited with another question
Does it work? I posted a few days ago how dd was taking more bottles on Thurs. Fri. and Sat. and I didn't pump because I thought she was weaning. Now she is refusing the bottle and I need my supply back! TIA!
So I got both...but is it safe to take both the fenugreek and drink the tea?or should I just do one over the other?

Yogi's Nursing Mother's Tea ALWAYS works for me. I can notice the difference the day I drink it (I use 2 tea bags per cup)

I used mother's tea. It took about 2 days to work for me. But it worked.
I had to drink several per day.

I use Fenugreek and eat oatmeal every morning and this worked for me.... Good luck!

I get it at the local organic market in my town, but I know King Kullen carries Yogi, maybe not that kind though.
Any place like Whole Foods, Wild By Nature, etc.

GNC has Organic Mother's Milk tea for $5.99. I put two tea bags per cup and drink about 3 a day if I need to. It's caffeine free also. It works by the next day.
GNC also has the Fenugreek but I didn't really see a difference with that. I know other people have great success with it though.

Fenugreek didn't work for me.
Stop & Shop carries the Yogi's Mother's Tea by their organic food section.

Fenugreek worked for me. I didnt' try Mother's tea. With the fenugreek you have to make sure you are taking enough. You can take up to 3 pills 3X per day so 9 total, but I worked myself up to that and then back down again.

I drink the Mother's Milk Tea and noticed a big jump in my supply. I know there's fenugreek in this particular product, so I don't double up on them.
