Any BF moms whose milk supply decreased very rapidly all the sudden - mother's milk tea Q - Need help!!!!
I went from producing 25-30 oz to about half so far today. It started a bit yesterday and today it's worth.
I am on Keflex for that bad infection. I am not sure if this is the reason.
I sent DH to get me ome mother's milk tea.
How often should I take t?

I drank a few glasses a day (2-3) and my supply increased.

When I first started using it- didn't really notice a difference, so I stopped (but back then I was a pumping machine and producijg lots anyway). Last week, I noticed I wasn't getting as much because I'd been slacking on pumping, so I drank a few cups. OMG- the next day I SO much when I pumped.
It really does work...

Oatmeal and pumping helped increase my supply when it suddenly halted.

this just happened to me this week. Come to find out it was my AF that was coming. NOw its back to normal.

This is interesting because I was on Keflex almost immediately after my c-section and I have never been able to pump more than 1 oz. from each breast. 
Also, in addition to drinking the tea, why don't you try Fenugreek pills (at GNC, 3 pills 3x a day). The LC told me that you would have to drink alot of the tea to see a difference so I do both. Good luck!

I drank a few cups a day. I dunno if it helped but I like the tea so I don't care.
There was one point where my supply dipped big time and it was a mini-AF.
