HSG today at 2:30-update
who wants to come hold my hand?
well that reall suked..it hurt and I wouldn't do it again.
Advil nothing, should have taken vicoden.
It was over quickly and the good news is that the tubes are open and flowing.
So alls well that ends well.
I also picked up my mammo report and everything is fine.

Take a Motrin/Advil about 1/2 hr before the procedure.

sorry you had pain but I'm glad I wasn't the only one.
I yelled out in pain! I felt so embarassed.

the doctor who did it said that he hates doing these..he likes doing procedures where he does biopsies and stuff but hates these.
Now I know why..women screaming in pain on the table...yep, I would hate that too.

I'm sorry you had a painful experience with the HSG, but the good news is that it was over quick, there are no blockages, and you don't ever have to do it again!

So glad to hear that the HSG is OVER and that you got good news!! I also had a painful experience with the HSG but at the end received good news!!!!!
I guess as you had pretty much said at least it ended well and NEVER to be done again!!
