Re: CD8

for most people, yes

any idea how long your cycles are?
most people start POAS for "O" around CD10 or 11

you're welcome jess!

28 days, I'd start POAS about day 10
It really depends on how long your luteal phase (LP) is
that is the time from "O" until AF (next cycle begins) most people are 14 days - mine is 16 days like clockwork
SO, if you always have a 28 day cycle, and are like most people, then you "O" around CD14, and then get AF another 14 days later
with me, i was having 44 day cycles, "O"ing on CD28 and then a 16 day LP - even the month i conceived, I "O"d on CD20

ETA: thanks Jess, I've VERY nauseus! almost 24/7 - not fun!
that being said, i dont know how my waist is gone already ! LOL

Re: CD8 Question

If you have a 28 day cycle, it really couldn't hurt to start testing now, especially if you have a whole box.

For me, I usually feel cramping 24-36 hrs leading into O.

HTH.
