Does this happen to anyone else?

Starting around 4-6DPO, my right boob gets pretty swollen & painful and it lasts until AF arrives.... but only the right boob! My left one stays completely normal & pain free. This has only started since my m/c, so it's happened the past 3 cycles. Is this caused by the rise in progesterone after O? I've heard of both boobs being sore, but not just one.

I'm 7DPO today & is started a couple of days ago. I guess I'm out for this month. Is it possible to get regular post-O symptoms & still be pregnant? Chat Icon

My right breast tends to feel a little more sore than my left one. My boobs get sore right after I O, then it dulls a little and gets worse again as I get closer to my period.

dani, i got sore nips after i O'd each month, which i assumed was caused by the rise in progesterone as well. it would go away a day or two before i got AF.

the month i got PG, they started to feel better around 9 DPO but then came back with a vengence a few days later.

basically what i have read is that you will lose those feelings when you are going to get AF because of the drop in progesterone... but if you are PG, those symptoms will stick around because the progesterone continues to rise/stay high.

good luck!! Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon
