New here....question....

Hi all....first time posting on this board.
I have been a lurker for some time.

Do I need to start preparing my bod if we start trying for a little dude or dudette next year?

When should I start looking for Gynos?
(The one I have now is in Manhattan where I work, and I need to change to Long Island).

PS...I can't believe my hubby and I are talking about this.....scary.

Congrats!!!

If you were on the BCP, I would say get off with enough time for your body to adjust. I recommend reading Taking Charge of Your Fertility. I also recommend you document your period start and end dates. Take a good look into your cycles and everything you document...this will be your greatest resource while trying to conceive.

I also recommend you look into getting some prenatal vitamins to start getting a good folic acid intake daily.
