Pre-nesting "nesting"?
I feel like I have all these things I want to get done in my house before we get PG...I keep making lists of things to get fixed, things to organize, things to move around, things to get rid of, things to buy, etc.
Isn't it a bit too early for me to be "nesting"? Anyone else the same way?

I've been doing the same thing. We bought a house last summer and there were still 3 bedrooms filled with boxes. DH and I have been unpacking and organizing like crazy because I know onece i'm pregnant i'm goin to be so busy with that and my company!

Re: Pre-nesting "nesting"?
Dude, I have been nesting for like the last 6 months - it's sick!!! That was even before we decided to TTC this year. I can't even imagine what kind of animal I will turn into once I am pregnant

Funny....my DH has this going on He is making lists and plans for the rooms, which to rearrange, paint clean out. I'm more like....Oh when we do get PG then we will worry about it.

Re: Pre-nesting "nesting"?
We have an empty bedroom that is going to be our future nursery. I am dying to buy some items for the room but realized it was bad luck to do so. I guess we will just keep it empty for the time being.
I don't know if it's pre-nesting or just being newlyweds but I've been very interested in buying pretty kitchen items lately.

Re: Pre-nesting "nesting"?
I have a guest room that will be our nursery and I am DYING to clear it out and combine the computer room and guest room to just see it empty. It would probably make me really sad to see it empty though so I'll wait.
My argument to DH is that once I am PG I am not going to be lifting stuff to move. He said "Stacy, you're NOT going to lift stuff now!"

Re: Pre-nesting "nesting"?
The guest room that will be the nursery has a punch list posted on the door of things that need to happen before it can be a nursery (ie: closet doors, molding, etc...) and I keep bugging DH to get it done so the moment we find out we are preggo we can start making it an actual nursery
