New to this board

Hi wanted to introduce my self on this board. I am in hiding for now. I am waiting for AF this month and then My DH and I are going to start ttc. I cant wait I am so excited.

Someone told me to BD 12,14,16 days counting from the first day of AF?? Is this true? AF is always diffrent 26-30 days. So hope do I know when I should BD??

If your cycle is 26-30 days, you probably ovulate between CD 12 and CD 16.

I would BD everyday from CD 10 - CD 18 if that's possible for you two!

Usually, your luteal phase (time between ovulation and AF) will be 14 days, although it can have a range. Meaning that you get AF 14 days after you ovulate. So if we count backwards from there, that's how I got your possible ovulation dates.

You might want to try a website like mymonthlycycles.com or fertilityfriend.com to track your cycles. Also, you might want to try OPKs such as Clearblue easy digitals to help you figure out when you ovulate.

Thank you!! This could be more confusing then I thought!!

I actually have the clear blue fertility monitor but we want to have fun the first coming months of TTC and if it doesn't happen by August we will start using the kit.
