DH said and did a great thing last night
If some of you saw, I posted on NFR that a good friend of mine & her DH are getting divorce after 9 years of marriage. My friend's DH has had a girlfriend since before Xmas. Last night when I came home from work I saw a bag from Best Buy on the table and was going to say something to DH about buying more DVDs but I didn't. While I was cooking dinner, he came in and took out a DVD from the bag that I wanted. He said to me that he brought me a pre-Mother's Day gift even though it was just a DVD but he just wanted me to know how much he loves and appreciates what we have and that he loves me more and more each day. I just thought that was the sweetest thing.

I know. DH & my friend's DH got along so well that he was always at my house fixing cars. DH can not believe what my friend's DH has been putting her through. I feel bad for their daughter. They have a 7 year old.
