Pre-TTC Checklist
Am I missing anything for my pre-TTC checklist?
-OBGYN check up
-PCP check up - bloodwork/vaccinations up to date
-prenatal vitamins
Anything else I should do?

-get a dental checkup
you also may want to limit your caffeine intake, depending on how much you consume daily.
