Gardeners / Allergy suffers
OMG I am dying - I take allegra D and I am so stuffed up. I spent 45 minutes in the garden last night - granted I was weeding. As soon as I came in I showered to get rid of any pollen, but I am still a mess
Any suggestions? When will it go away
ps - I wasn't sure where to put this - here or health...feel free to move

You need to do a Sinus Rinse (NeilMed) to clear the pollen from your passages!
