out of 3 months I have never gotten a postiive opk... I think if it doesnt work this cycle I am going to buy a CBFM..

I've never had an issue w/ an OPK...I only did them a couple of months and then moved onto the Clear Blue Easy Fertility Monitor (CBEFM). I think though it might be smart to temp before jumping to the monitor. I temped for a few months before using OPK's and always saw my ovulation through a thermal shift--once I was sure I was ovulating I switched to OPK's and then to CBEFM.

for me, charting my temps is the best way to keep track of my cycles
i use OPK's and CBEFM also, but i like to see how my temp changes on the same days i get my +OPK and "peak" on the monitor
if you are not getting a +, i suggest you start charting with your next cycle
you can also bring charts with you to the dr.

I pee in a cup, and then dip the stick to get a more "accurate" read. Last month I never got the + b/c (brace yourself for TMI) I think I was saturating the tip and stick.
