another CBFM ?
K ,its my 2nd cycle, AF showed up this am.  but iknow it takes a 2 cycles for it learn me, anyways my ? is , did i need to press the "m" again today> & if i didnt , do i just do it tmrw am ?

you can do it today but that will change the time for your 6 hour window
you are better off doing it tomorrow AM at your regular time
hold down the "M" button until it shows Day 2
