FYI- I ended up calling the Nassau Board of Elections at 516-571-2411 and they were able to look up my last name and tell me where I could go.

Thank you!!! This helped a lot and to answer another question, I changed my license in Jan. 05 but never changed anything to vote in that location and guess what...that is where I am registered!

There's a section (or there used to be) on the license renewal form where it asks if you want your voter registration updated as well.
We always get a card in the mail with our voting location when there's an election for us to participate in ... we didn't get anything for the primaries since neither of us are registered to a party.

This actually doesn't matter, so long as it was within the same county -- and possibly even if you've moved from another county.
DH did this today -- you just ask to vote by affidavit and explain the situation... They will have you fill out an affidavit form and vote by paper ballot -- at least in Nassau County.
ETA - This changes your voter registration to your correct polling site, too. DH had no problems with this.
You can ask at your local polling site if its outside Nassau.
