anyone know how long it takes to work? i bought some today, and i took my first dose at 2pm, will take another at 6pm and then 10pm. will it "work" for tonight's BDing or do i need to keep on taking it?

I read somewhere that you should take the normal doses recommended on the label, starting 5 days before the day you usually ovulate, and to continue until your temperature rises, or EWCM dries up.
I used it last month, and within about 12 hours I started noticing a significant difference in the amount and consistency.
