Prenatal Vitamins
I currently take Centrum Vitamins. In th next couple of months I plan on taking prenatal vitamins (my doctor told me it helps when TTC).
My question is...when I start taking Prenatal Vitamin should I stop taking the Centrum Vitamins?
I'm sure I can answer this myself and the answer is YES stop taking the Centrum Vits but I just wanted to double check.

I have a hard time with Vitamins. They all make my stomach hurt. My dr gave me Prememis which is just folic acid calcium and B vitamins. If I don't take that than I just take 1mg or folic acid.

I heard the prenatal vits make alot of people sick. I think I should be ok because I've been taking the Centrum for awhile now.
sweetbabydreams - i would ask your GYN or PC dr and see if they would suggest you take vitamins. My dr told me it's never too early to start taking them.
