Does anyone use Dr. Porte

One of my friends told me about him. I believe he has offices in Sayville and Stonybrook. I heard that he is a really nice and gentle doctor. I just wanted to know what hospitals is he affilated with. When I become pregnant I would love to deliever in St. Charles in Port Jefferson. That is where I was born and I have heard so many good things. Any info would be great. Thanks.

I use that practice. They do not deliever at St. Charles they only deliver at Stony Brook. They are an excellent practice though. Any questions just FM.

I think he delivers at Stony Brook. I use Dr. O'keefe and I believe Dr. Porte is in his practice.

Dr. Porte was on call for my doctor's practice when I was having some cramps during the night at about 17 weeks. I thought he was very nice and helpful. At my next office visit, my Dr. told me that Dr. Porte delivered my Dr.'s children.

I use Susan Fisher-she is a nurse proc. in that same office. I too heard great things about Dr. Porte and I think he is affiliated with St. Charles. I was born at St. Charles too!!!!

The office no longer will deliever at St. Charles...they will only deliever at Stony Brook. From what I have heard there was some issues with St. Charles.
