I just had this done on Friday !
You have to drink this orange sugary drink within 5-10 minutes and then you sit there for an hour and after the hour is up, they take a blood test and you go home ! It's no big deal at all.
Good luck, it's simple. Bring a book or something to do while you sit there !

Thats exactly how it went for me too. Usually they have the drink really chilled- and it tasted like flast Sunkist to me....
