I'm not pregnant but i have a question
I'm having a potluck at my place with my 2 friends, and one is newly pregnant. I want to make my Italian pasta salad but it has mozerella in it. As long as it's pasturized, is this okay to use? Is there a limit as to how much mozerella one can have during pregnancy? I figured I'd ask here because I feel like if I bring up her diet every time we eat, it will get annoying, KWIM?

As long as its pasterized its okay for her to eat, and she can eat as much as she can tolerate.

Thanks! One more question:
All veggies are okay as long as they are washed, right? I want to make the pasta salad 24 hours in advance and have the pasta, cut veggies, cheese, and salad dressing in the fridge. Is this safe for someone pregnant?
Or do I need to make it completely fresh that day so that the veggies don't sit cut for 24 hours?

Seriously, I'm so worried! I wouldn't want her to get sick from something that I made! I would feel terrible! Especially since she is only 7 weeks or so.
