Jordana falls down all the time (because she loves to run faster than her little legs can carry her). What should I put on her skinned knees?

My ped said to use Neosporin on them. I don't always. I do always wash it with soap & water. The Neo is hit or miss. Chat Icon

Just Vasaline or Bentricin. I'm allergic to Neosporin and I was told it isn't uncommon to have an allergic reaction. The most important part is to keep the scratch moist so it heals faster.

If they really are just scrapes I wash with soap & water and put on a bandaid to keep it clean.

Some people can have a "sensitivity" to the ingredient neomycin which is in Neosporin, not really a true "allergy". If you're afraid of that, you can just use Polysporin, which does not contain neomycin and you're still getting an antibacterial ointment.

Matthew does the same thing. He's got what I call scratchy knees...Chat Icon

I usually wash with soap and water or I've put Aquafor on it. But mostly I just wash it...
