Baby Crankypants is here!
Actually, she's been here for 12 days, I've just gotten a few minutes to update on line. She arrived 8/14/07 at 7:15 PM after a long induction that started with Cervidil on Sunday night, Pitocin all day Monday and Pitocin all day Tuesday; Once they broker my water on Tuesday and inserted the epidural a short while later I would say I had a relatively easy labor. Before the e[I-let's just say "ugh!".
Claire was born healthy, though she dislocated a hip and has to wear a soft brace for a few weeks to ensure it stays in place.
Other than that-we are over the moon in love with our beautiful, healthy little girl.

Okay-got the pic to upload-had to resize!
Oh, she weighed 8 lbs 9oz, and was 20 3/4 inches. Sh has already put on 4 oz!

Thank you all! I have to say being a new parent is tough and overwhelming but each day gets a little better. The overwhelming love you feel makes it easier too, but it is taking time to get comfortable with all of this. So, when it is your turn-take it easy on yourself. You'll get the hang of it.
