Pictures of yourself
I just saw some pics of myself that made me want to never eat again.
I guess with all the stress in my life, I really porked out.
I'm so disappointed in myself and now I'm sick to my stomach.

I find that you are always harder on yourself than anyone else.
When I look at pictures of myself I want to puke! I am like- Do I REALLY look like that? Because when I look in the mirror I feel like I look a hell of a lot better. What is up with that?
I've come to realize that I'm probably just being overly critical- and that other's don't see me half as bad as I see myself.

I was running for the train schlepping my bags and my coffee! Too bad I didn't see you..my eyeshadow was gold..that's weird! Optical illusion brought on my the bags under my eyes!

I can't even stand to look at myself in ANY pictures over the last five years. I literally erased myself from all pictures with my daughter over the 1st two years of her life
I can't wait until I can catch a break in the action and get Barbara to do a photo shoot w/me and Amber for the fall  If she has the time, that is

I haven't seen the pictures & never met you, but will say this...
The angle of a photo changes everything. Without a doubt it can make you appear larger or smaller.
In college, I had 2 photos taken of me in the same day, wearing the same outfit. I was 102 lbs. (ah the good ole days.) One I looked huge in & the other I looked anorexic.
I've taken tons of photos of other people. Even though I know it's angles, I still look at photos of myself & see the double chin, the fat tush, etc.
We are our own worst critics.

As for the OP, I hear ya. Pics can really be an eye opener. But I do agree, we are probably harder on ourselves than others see us. But that self consciousness is tough.

i feel the exact same way....AND i avoid mirrors at all costs. i've recently noticed how i am constantly aware of where all the mirrors are and will pretty much do anything to make sure i'm not reflected in them...awful.
starting the gym again next week for sure....

They loved them.
My friend who is a graphic designer couldn't do any retouching for me..he says I need a pro photog...

Did I miss something? Why do you want them retouched?
Because I'm trying to use them professionally..but not these if I can't get them retouched. I guess I was trying to cheap out for a marketing plan I have.
