Customer Service Survey help
We're measuring how our corporate groups are doing. I need a 20th question related to how the work flow is handled...any ideas. For some reason I can't leave it with 19 questions. I'm anti-odd number.
Below is what I have so far:
I have a clear understanding of when I would need to contact this group for assistance
I understand how my tasks fit into the overall objectives for the group
The group/manager provides constructive feedback that helps me improve my performance
The group/manager actively trains the field in when to escalate matters to the group
Staff provided complete, accurate information to me.
Actively encourages me to volunteer new ideas and make suggestions for improvement of the group
Is a source of creative ideas about our business
Is open to new ideas and encourages feedback & questioning
Keeps me informed about the things I need to know to perform my role properly
Emphasizes cooperation as opposed to competitiveness between work groups
Is good at keeping down the level of "politics and politicking"
Is fair in dealings with professionals
Is effective in communicating with professionals
Is prompt in returning emails/phone calls (please indicate what you feel is an appropriate response time.)
I feel my department gets support and teamwork from this group
Treats everyone professionally with respect and encourages others to do that same
It is easy to get assistance from this work group
The work process from this group, in general, flows smoothly
On a scale of 1 to 10 where 0 represents "Extremely dissatisfied" and 10 represents "Extremely Satisfied," how would you rate your level of satisfaction with this group in regards to customer service?

how about something related to how responsive they are to input / feedback or if there is (besides this survey) an effective vehicle for sharing ideas or providing feedback
