Is it just me or is it extremely difficult to get motivated to exercise during this weather?
I just have zero motivation to run this entire week! I think it has to do with the weather, being so dreary and dark...all I want to do is eat and be lazy.

I was doing so well. Ready to go to gym today, but now I am waiting for a client, so I can't leave. I know once I go home tonight, I won't do anything. And DH is hogging the ellipitical with his marathon training.
