In between contract and closing
what am I missing?? I dont feel like I am doing enough...
--homeowners insurance
--all bank requirements/paperwork
--need to start picking out paint colors
--carpet quotes
--mover quotes
--start packing up what we dont use
Please share your experiences.

more packing
get change of address forms
moving arrangements
mortgage commitment
start pricing new appliances
thats all i can think of at the moment.....

What about contacting utiliy companies to schecule a shut off date in your current residence,a dn inquriing about turning them on in your new home
