Anyone see "The Hills Have Eyes"
Ive seen Hostel and Saw. Is it scarier, not as scary, or equal??

Which hills? The new one? We havent seen it yet... we have yet to see a scary movie to scare the bejesus out of us - 2 that came close though were high tension and wolf creek - those were great!
I'm not a bog fan of gore for the sake of gore - I liked Hostel because there was still a story in it....
I felt the 1st Hills went for some gross out gags...

I love Saw, but thought Hostel was REALLYYYYYY disturbing. The Hills Have Eyes is scary, but not psychological like Saw, but not disturbing like Hostel....hope that helps?

I saw Saw and Hostel- liked them both, Hostel was until the end.
I didnt see the hills have eyes b/c I heard a dog gets mutulated, so for that I refuse to watch it.

"The Hills have Eyes" was okay. It has a really disturbing part in it, but the rest of the movie is very predictable.
Last scary movie that I watched was "Decent". That was really good and pretty scary.

I didn;t see Hostel. But I thought Saw was worse than the Hills. I guess because the Hills just seemed so fake to me. But there is a very disturbing scene in that movie involving the girl from Lost.

I thought it was the most ridiculous and unnecessarily gory movie I've ever seen. DH and I complained the entire movie. It didn't scare me at all. I thought it was dumb and I'm astounded that they're actually making a sequel.

I saw it over the weekend and I was disturbed as well If I'm thinking of the scene that everyone else is, it was the part where the one sister was being violated and the other sister was offering something of herself to save her baby
I felt really bad that the little girl sacrified herself to save the baby

Very grotesque and disturbing movie...even my husband who likes movies like the "Hostel" or the "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" etc was disturbed by it...there is a 2nd one coming out...I will not be watching it.
