Home inspectors?
Can anyone recommend a good home inspector/termite inspector? Also, can you tell me what the price was for both? Thanks!

They were able to set the appt. up very quickly
$425 for the home and termite inspection. You get the report same day...and they do a walk through of the house with you to show you anything that could be a potential problem..VERY thorough!

I used Home Sweet Homes Inspection co. out of Ridge. It included the house inspection and termite inspection and we paid $435. We signed a binder on a Sunday and we called the Co. on Monday and they were in the house for the inspection on that Wed/Thurs.

We used them too. Our guy was wonderful. He even pointed out which shrubs were expensive and we should make sure we keep.
