Realtor suggestions?
Looking to list our old house.....any suggestions of realtors to go with? We're leaning towards Coach as they have sold many of the homes that sold on our block in the last few years.
Also - what's the average commission %? We wanted to sell privately, but it hasn't worked thus far.
