This reminds me of the crucifix that was in my room. While working at a camp my housing arrangement was a room in a rectory. Basically for 3 months I lived with 9 priests all over the age of 80.
In my room was a crucifix. On closer inspection you can see that Jesus tried to get off His cross but the priests taped Him back up. Poor Guy I imagine He was just trying to escape the wallpaper.

You know, I never once mentioned this on LIF but I dated in a guy in college whose Jesus fell off the crucifix he wore around his neck. He would tell me it's not big deal b/c now it is just a cross instead of a crucifix. However, Jesus's feet were still on the cross. That looked weird to me to but what was I supposed to do? Buy him a new cross/ crucifix? I'm Jewish and I didn't feel right buying a cross but the cross with the feet on it looked so odd to me. I did not even know where the body was. He probably lost it at some nightclub. It was the 80s and I am not sure if Superglue was invented yet.
......and wow, this topic is more than 186 WEEKS old!!!!!
Can someone give a chronological breakdown of all LIF inside jokes.......What came first the Superglue Jesus or the Orthodox Shoes?
