my dc had a slight tongue tie that they said would not be a problem but at 6 months i had it snipped (went super smooth). my question is did your dc have a knotch in their tongue and did it change after surgery?

my dc has a heart shape tip that never changed. no biggie i think it's cute but all the new tongue tie posts had me wondering.

here's a pic from when he was little before the surgery. it isn't so pronounced now but still not a typical tongue tip.
added now pic. and now i see it changed a lot. never realized it.
