Random Odd Crucifix Question...UPDATED FOR YOU SUPERGLUE JESUS FOLLOWERS
I have this very old, very small pewter crucifx that my grandmother gave me before she died.
I always keep it in my nighstand.
Somehow, Jesus has fallen off the cross. Except for one arm. 
So my question, in all seriousness, is it okay to superglue Jesus??
DH seems to think there is something wrong with that. But my other choices are to throw it out or let him float around next to the cross without his left arm.
Neither of which sits well with me either.
Thoughts????

I am sorry but this is the funniest question ever. In all seriousness, can you please glue it on and post it on youtube???? After its on youtube, I would suggest taking it to a jeweler to repair.

It really is a funny question, and I'd take it to a jeweler too. They can soder it on or something, probably.

I agree with the jeweler suggestion....they can put him back on properly and he will stay on then too!

In all seriousness, yes, I do think it's okay to use the superglue.
I used superglue to attach the top of the crown back on to my Child of Prague, but it was china and I didn't have any other option
I like the suggestion of soldering Jesus back on to the cross too.

I'm sorry but I just spit out Snapple fruit punch on my desk... First, this is so funny. Second, it reminds me of a story-something that happened to me (see below).
But first: "Jesus has fallen off the cross- except one arm"
THAT LINE!!! It killed me!! and then the face The snapple almost came out my nose!!
I would say YES it is OK to superglue jesus back on the cross...
I will now share with you a story that very few people have ever heard. Ask anyone that knows me personally and I'm a BIG klutz- I walk into doors, I fall, I drop things, I stick my foot in my mouth all the time, etc. I've worked hard to try and curb this problem but every once in a while I have a "slip up". Well, my friend passed away a few years back and I always make sure his tree (where his car accident was- he was killed by a drunk driver) has a cross on it... Well, someone took the one cross I had up there down! I don't know who or why-- so I went to a Catholic store to buy a new one. I walk in and I'm alone- it's SO quiet and there is this little old lady in there who you can tell goes to church EVERY DAY of her life... I'm pretty religious so I'm like OK sounds good- the store is small and it's so quiet you could hear a PIN drop! Well, I walk over to the crosses and pick one up off the top shelf that looks really pretty- and I DROP IT almost immediately- it fell so far b/c it was on the top shelf and made such a loud CRASH on the floor that I thought I was going to die of a stroke-- or kill the little old catholic store lady! She gasped, I gasped and Jesus' HEAD and one ARM popped off the cross- I felt like CRYING. So, I kept saying how sorry I was and she was SO upset that it made me feel worse. I totally thought she was going to be like "oh don't worry- it was a mistake"... but NOT AT ALL... She was horrified and looked upset with me.  Then I'm thinking- aren't Catholic people supposed to be all about forgiveness?!
In any event, I offered to buy the decapitated, armless, broken Jesus along with the cross and fix it myself. She was SO upset that I paid full price for it.  I was horrified but then when I got in my car and called my mom she just started laughing!!! Then I started to see the humor in it- but I still felt bad-- So I took poor Jesus home and fixed him with super glue and my Dad's sodering iron...
My parents still crack up to this day at the site of me coming in with cross in one hand- Jesus' head and arm in the other.  Definitely my most embarrassing moment! I had to share- this post reminded me of that story.
