I wipe up the spills the best I can, then I use Spic and Span Cinch it is in a reddish orange bottle, spray and wipe it. Then when all is said and done I use glass top> polish, I put it on, spread it out and then buff to shine w/ a soft cloth/ soft paper towel. It works pretty good, but I still would like to get it even better. HTH

I use CeramaBrite (sp?) and it cleans great...if I can't find it for some reason, I use the glass top> cleaner at Target (something with a W) and both leave the cooktop clean as a whistle...

Salt.
Sprinkle a lot of salt on the stains and then scrub with a sponge. Works every time.

Magic Eraser and rub rub rub rub rub.
To prevent all the PITA work I try to wipe up spills immediately so it doesnt leave stains.

I try to but when they splatter (or the few times pots spill over cause I am distracted with my 18 month old ) there is only so much you can wipe up when it's hot.
Thank you for ALL the suggestions I will try them. I have a few stains right on the burners and I hate it!

Same here. I don't even know if it's the actual cleaner that works great, or the scrubbie that comes with it. That thing takes anything off my stove> top>. Love it!

Wnhat do you use to wipe up immediate spills? I am always afraid that a paper towel or rag will burn on the hot stove>?
We use the ceramic cleaner that came w/the stove>. We use the tool to scratch off any bigger spills.

This is what i use as well. I also found a glass top> cleaner made by easy ff. I usually use the cerama brite first and then the easy off glass top> spray.
